Insurance premiums are paid directly to the insurance carrier. If you cancel your policy, any eligible refund will be calculated and issued by the carrier in accordance with their specific cancellation and refund terms.
Any service or administrative fees charged by Insurance Plans Solutions Hub are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of your purchase.
To cancel your policy, please submit a written cancellation request to our agency. We will process it with the insurance carrier on your behalf. Please be aware that most carriers apply either a short-rate or pro-rata method when calculating refunds upon cancellation.
Refund processing times vary by carrier and payment method. In most cases, you can expect to receive your refund within 10 to 30 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
